FellowshipOne GO (F1GO) Online Directory and Phone App FAQ
Members and regular attenders will receive an email with log in instructions and an initial password. If you have not received this, please let us know and we will send it. The password can be changed once you log in.
For smart phones and tablets, download the FellowshipOne GO app. (Note – be sure to get the app that has \”GO\” in the logo). The “domain name” for the F1GO app is: fairhaven
Only those who are included in the directory can see the information of others in the directory.
The online directory information is limited to email address, home address, home phone, cell phone, profile picture, birthday (not including year or age), and family tree. Note: You will see your own birth year (it’s required by the software) but not the birth year of others.
Any edits you make to your account information will come to our office as a “proposed” change, which we will confirm internally. When you save your edits, you will be reminded of this and prompted to provide an explanation for staff. Primary family members can also update others in their family in the same manner.
That option is not available to individual users, other than through the edit proposal described above. If you contact the office, we can adapt your record to exclude any information you do not want in the online directory.
Yes, please contact the office if you do not want to be included in the online directory.
Minor children will show up on the family tree of a parent or guardian in birth order, but their individual information (birthdate, cell phone, etc.) will not be visible in the online directory. Children 18 and older may request to have their information included.
Using the phone app, bring up your profile, touch the silhouette and then touch edit. You will get an option to choose or take a photo. We are planning to set up a photo booth on some Sunday mornings where you can get assistance loading a profile picture.
Individual users are only able to see their own giving records. Family giving (unless you request differently) is normally grouped under the primary family member’s record. If you made a pledge to the Let’s Go! initiative, that information is also available to you.
Yes. You can make a donation to FHCC or set up a recurring donation using the F1GO app.
Your log in and password for giving through the website (Fellowship One Giving) is different than your F1 GO log in. Recurring giving can be set up through either the website or the phone app. Note: The web link and the phone app do not interact with each other, i.e. you cannot change the recurring gift you set up on the web link through your F1GO phone app and vice versa.
Not at this time. You will still need to use a web link for online registration.
These are not fully enabled at this time. We will let you know if and when these become functional.
